  If you don’t want to be serviced with a smile and receive excellent customer service then don’t come here!!! They are all about the customer for sure. This is my favorite branch because of how quickly they get you in a car and in your way and as I stated before the service is like non other!

  1 person working...very slowly...several people waiting. I feel my life slowing passing me by.

  Very disappointed with the service and attitude of the manager. I had a car booked and when I got there he basically told me that there were no cars. And he told me that to basically get lost in a polite way. And when I called the customer service the lady was helpful but switched me to another location which was a few miles. Not the experience or service I was expecting.

  Thrifty’s better. Since I’m not an American citizen, they would ask me for my passport in order to make a reservation. Who carries their passport around during a normal walk-in costumer day? Plus I booked a car one day in advance and when I arrived to the pick-up location, they told me they’ve ran out of cars. UNBELIEVABLE LOUSY SERVICE.
