::Got us a car roght when we walked up due to Hertz not being able to honor our reservation. Also gave us a discounted rate because the walk-up rate was higher than our Hertz reservation rate, but we chose to reward Enterprise with our business due to Hertz's ineptitude. Dinged a star because their antiquated computer systems delayed us getting the keys for 20 minutes.

::Firstly, you have to be extremely careful with this branch, they sneak in all sort of stuff into your bill; like seriously? why not ask me if i have coverage etc. before you try to sneak it in? unacceptable! Secondly, I almost "died" of secondhand smoking, even though the car had a sticker of no smoking . I would have returned the vehicle immediately but was too far into my journey. I rent with Enterprise all the time, but this was my worse experience and i made it known during my drop off.

::I haven't been renting from enterprise for a long time but this one experience is good and made my night. I am executive member of National so I reserved a car in national as usual but late for about 5min where they refused my request and push mee down to the enterprise. I was helped with young man, Dylan who is awsome guy. He helped me fetched the national rental reservation and offered me a upgrade with reasonable price 11. This saved me a trip to airport location to pick up car. He learnt I have lot of luggages and helped folded back seats. One of best employee I meet in previous 100 rentals from different brand. Please keep the good service. Thanks

::Do not trust enterprises at all! Do not use them for renting a car! The likelihood that you will get a car is very low and the customer service is scandalously bad. My wife traveled by Amtrak with my 13 year old son and 2 infant babies. Enterprise was supposed to pick them up at the Amtrak station and did not do that. They left my wife and 3 children stranded at the Amtrak station. Luckily my father-in-law was able to pick them up and drive them to the rental place. Which they then informed my wife they did not have the car which we reserved 2 weeks previous to this event. Enterprise phone customer service located another car 30 miles away, however it is another $130 more expensive then the one that we reserved for the exact same car. Customer service can not do anything about that even when a supervisor is involved. This is fraud, child endangerment and out right bad business. If I could give them a 0 star rating right now I would. Who leaves a woman with 2 very young kids stranded. We called multiple times to confirm. I will tell everyone I know to never use Enterprise.
