  The folks at Enterprise are always fantastic to work with, and their prices are very reasonable. The Coronado office is staffed with incredibly helpful professionals and their selection of vehicles is very impressive. I've already made plans to rent from them again.

  Awful, awful, awful return process with absentee personnel who left the office open and disappeared for almost 40 minutes. Plus garage/ wash area was left wide open as well with prominent sign stating from the State of CA that the premises contained materials that could cause cancer - of course reasonable people would leave all those materials out in the open. And then of course once they returned with a very bravado laissez-faire attitude it just went downhill. Have used this location for years and always had the best experiences. All the young folks that worked there were helpful, polite and professional. Those days are gone. "I'm here to service the military" is the constant theme from the young lady in charge and truly we all salute our military men and women. But clearly the current team would prefer not to deal with civilians, even former military. Filled complaint with Area Manager and never got any results so maybe it is a bigger leadership problem. Think next time I'll go back to Hertz even though I really do not want to.

  Awesome, they actually still take debit card, so I really appreciate them, they were wonderful customers service. Highly recommend to coronado customers. Wish enterprise will go back to old policy. I am a long time customer

  I work in car sales, and have been in customer service for a very long time. I also do not write reviews, but with exception to one of the members of this Enterprise. Justin, a manager, is exceptional. He helped out a very complex transaction of mine over multiple states with ease, and kindness that you can't train. Ask for him if you are headed to this location.
