::I cannot say enough about the customer service that I received from Zachary Ciraolo, the Branch Rental Manager. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! I had my car reservation transferred to the Stewart Airport location from another local Enterprise due to extremely poor customer service and Zachary stepped in and took excellent care of me. He was attentive to my concerns and made sure that I was taken care of. This was truly impressive considering the fact the fact that my new reservation had taken place minutes before I arrived. If it weren't for my interaction with Zachary, there is a good chance that Enterprise would have lost a loyal customer for good. Zachary, thank you so very much! While I wouldn't want to lose Zachary at that location, his professionalism and customer service are top notch and deserve review for promotion. This type of customer service is a rarity. Any company would be lucky to have him!

::If you like the Seinfeld experience of taking and confirming the reservation but not holding it, go for it. Reserved a car, received confirmation, then when I went to actually get the car was told that there weren't any. Asked how they were going to make it right and was told to try another company and not to make it harder than it was. So I'm sorry for making it hard on you to strand me, that must have been very frustrating for you Ms Enterprise representative. Try Hertz instead. Renting from then as a walk up was far more pleasant than Enterprise with a "reservation"

::Always a pleasure to rent from this location. The staff does what they can to get you out of the line, and into the vehicle as quickly as possible. I have always been welcomed as a returning guest, and asked about my day. My cars are usually what I would expect (except this visit my car was the poster child for why smoking in a car makes people pissed). And I frequently this location so I am certain this was a "one off" situation. Be certain to get a receipt - and if you drop off during the off-hours, you might have to do a follow-up call... I do really enjoy the team here, and the location is so convenient.
