  Besides this location is super conversation t to me, but I always go here because the customer service is good and they are helpful. Had a problem with a window recently I was able to return the car and get another one in its place with no issues.

  I've been using Enterprise Rental Car for over three years but for the past eight months I've been dealing exclusively with the Grove Street Montclair location. Their customer service team and managers are absolutely excellent and exceptional. They are the friendliest most cordial and courteous staff that do a superb job in making everyone but expecially regular customers happy satisfied and very pleased that they've used their location. Keep up the great work guys all of you are Awesome!!!

  Had several cars for me as a walk-in with no reservation. Got a sweet upgrade for $7/day. Easy check in; easy check out; dropped me off at the body shop. All in all, great family fun, would definitely recommend, 2 thumbs up - way up!

  I rent regularly from this location and they are consistently efficient and accommodating. The cars are always in good shape and their rates are reasonable. It would be nice if the cars were rented with a full tank ~ I usually have to fill the tank before I head off but other than that I have only good things to say.

  Very efficient and cooperative. Cheerful, well trained staff. Ready availability, and flexible when I changed the dates at the last minute. My go-to rental spot always! Thank you.
