  Was going to rent a car from here because it was convenient. But they charge $100 more then others! And then I felt like I was trying to adopt a kid instead of renting a car. They have to many “no sorry I can’t do that.” So just stick with advantage at the airport way cheaper and less of a pain in the ass

  Great A-Plus Service Very friendly, outgoing and energetic professional sales associates. They all had great attitudes joking around when the electricity was out V/S complaining that they could not do their job. Very prompt when I needed a ride to and from the car dealership. Thanks Enterprise!!!!!

  This is my second time renting at this location. Customer service has always been great and they work hard to get you in a out. Never had any issues with payment or return deposits. This is my goto for rentals.

  So grateful for Jared Stein' s assistance today for turning what had been an unpleasant experience around and quickly fixing things for us. His excellent customer service and professionalism was most appreciated.

  Overall I had a good experience here. You just have to be firm with the staff as they will try and push you around. Vehicle selection for me is not optional. I have a family of 6. So they tried to set me up with a small vehicle (5seats). Once I fought with them I received a bigger vehicle that they swore they didn’t have. Lastly, after you have done all the paper you go outside to get the vehicle. Then they pull out a clipboard and begin to try and tack on (insurance, coverages,etc). Why can’t they do this inside? My advice is speak to your car insurance provider prior to going to enterprise to see if you need extra coverage.
