::Scheduled a pick up at noon for our honeymoon. Arrived at 11:15. Was told he would grab the car from around back and pull it around. Waited 45 minutes. Still no car, asked where it was and we were told that they had to get it from a different location. Finally got a car over an hour and fifteen minutes later. On the bright side Efrain Martinez took over and was more than helpful and said he would take care of us after we got billed. We appreciate his help, he seemed to be the only one willing to openly communicate with us and other guests with the same problem in the lobby.

::We have used Enterprise for many years, but especially after they decided to drop NRA as a "special customer" we are for sure now dedicated Enterprise customers. To be honest, their customer service is, without a doubt, the best in the industry. I'm sure that we use them at least ten times a year for both personal and business, and they always out perform any other car rental company we've ever used. We had an instance on our last trip where we ended up hitting a pot hole and blowing two tires. It took nothing more than one phone call and there was a tow truck at our location. They took us directly to the closest Enterprise location and we were instantly provided with another car! No ifs, ands, or buts about it!! WE LOVE THEM!!

::This place is a real good burger joint. Servers are real good. Haven't seen service up to this level for some time. Blake was our server and he was super informative and quick. 10/10 will come again
