  I spent 10 minutes on the phone with a lady reserving my car. She did not inform me that they require a credit card as opposed to a debit card. This was very important info. I do not carry my credit cards in my wallet. I could not rent any car. I spent over an hour walking to and from this location for no reason. Now I am late for a wedding rehearsal. Great.

  Throw my licence back at me because i had no CC, and wasnt that big of a deal for me, i knew i need CC i wasnt sure if i can leave deposit with debit car, that it turns out i cant since im out of the tristate area and that wasnt an issue with me either, but have a sence and respect a person, dont throw my documents like that,

  Great service at the Lyndhurst location. I had a pickup from lyndhurst and drop to airport. They were on time to pick me up from the station. Staff was courteous and professional. Thumbs up to Lamar. They ensured the rental formalities was quick so i could make my doctor appointment.Rates are cheaper than Secaucus location and they are open till 6pm.The gas station is right opposite to the office. Recommend them.

  Very helpful and cooperative staff. Courtesy pickup and drop was arranged quickly. Car Upgrades were provided since they were running short on the med/intermediate cars rather than turning away customers. Convenient location for pickup and multiple gas stations nearby for refilling before returning the car.
