This the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. I unfortunately have my vehicle loan with them and i don't have one positive thing to say about this institution. 5 months after having my loan (paying on time), I call to have my cosigner removed/refinance and even offer to have higher payments. They deny, but offer to have a personal loan taken out. So, I can't be trusted to have this auto loan by myself but I can take out a second one! Absolutely ridiculous. They wouldn't let me buy the car until I showed proof of full coverage, which I purchased. But now, several months later.. I receive a letter in the mail telling me that my deductible is too high. Not sure how and why that's any of their business. Now I have to pay an extra $32 to meet their criteria. I'm so sick of this place.

I've had nothing but great service here at ENT, no matter which location. Every employee is helpful and courteous!! I couldn't be happier!!

So many problems over the years. Moving money from accounts to wring accounts, charging fees that were not related to us, officials not contacting us is reasonable timeframe. That last one is from today. Selling my car to another person who is using ENT for the loan and we had an appointment to sign paperwork which was been completely blown off by ENT. Gareth Holmes from the main Ent building has not returned one call leaving two families on the hook just waiting to get this deal done. Run from this bank and go anywhere else

I have been going to Ent since around 2005. My primary use is going into the bank personally to do my banking, so I can't speak about other services. But my experience there is quite positive. I always go to the facility on Wasatch Street in Colorado springs Colorado. I've never had a problem and find people available, and friendly.

Used to be good. All about the customers. Now they won't even refund ONE "courtesy" card fee. That $30 a pop. They're actually WORSE than the mega banks now. Will be going elsewhere.
