  Front staff is very rude and if you do not have good insurance DO NOT go to this place. They will charge you $300+ for using "special equipment's" that FOR CERTAIN will not be covered by an average health insurance company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!

  Great overall experience. I was a new patient. Checking in was the easiest experience ever, you check in through an iPad. Very easy process! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the Dr was very knowledgeable and to the point. Not sure what's everyone else's story but my overall experience was great.

  I am a patient of Dr. Mehta and Dr. Ambrosio, both of them are excellent doctors. These days I go there for allergy shots twice a week. Setting up appointments is easy through their website. I check in through the site itself. I am seen right away and the nursing staff is great. I like the place.

  I love the whole office experience. The virtual check in, tablets for check in, and customer service over the phone is amazing enough but then I also barely wait to be seen by the doctors. The doctors I saw, Dr. Chowdhury and Dr. Ort, both have excellent bedside manners, were happy to answer any and all questions and go into explanation and apologized for making me wait 5 min after the medical assistant (the least amount of time I've ever had to wait to see a doctor). Frankly, I am beyond impressed with this office and would recommend it to anyone who wants a warm doctor and an efficient office.

  Might be the pregnancy hormones in me, but I am appalled by how the front desk staff is behaving at ENT Allergy. There is a set of grandparents who have their grandson here and to keep him occupied, they brought a singing octopus that hums lullabies. No one in the waiting room is bothered by it. It's a soft not loud quiet toy. Plus the baby is probably 8 months old max. The two rude women who work the front desk were making obnoxious comments about the octopus and the family saying aloud for everyone to hear "they are playing it again. I can't concentrate. I'm not going to be able to make this call because of the song in the background. Where does she think she is going (trying to bring the baby to the other room to calm him down). What does she, run the place." The only person in this waiting area that is a nuisance is your big loud obnoxious mouth. The more of a scene you are creating the more uncomfortable it is making everyone in the waiting area. Well I can tell you one thing, I won't be back, especially when my kid is born...or maybe I should and bring the most loud obnoxious toy I could find. I'm sorry that a family who may have to bring their kid everywhere might need to do what they can. Also bothers me that women like that can get a job and be so rude, but a women who is pregnant can't find a job. I'm sorry for my long obnoxious rant but I was so disgusted by how they treated and talked about the family and a baby they deserve a good wake up call. And I'm sorry that the patients who are paying to be there don't meet your requirements for working the front desk.
