  I used two Groupons and the owner, Jeff, was very accommodating with my time schedule. One appointment was made for my mom and I. My mother raved about Anika and how much she enjoyed the massage, while I was with Jeff and he very thoroughly worked out the stiffness and knots from my back. Because of the beach nearby, we were able to extend our relaxing afternoon to an evening swimming and enjoying the sea breeze. I used the other Groupon for a 2hr massage which was just as thorough as the 1hr, including different techniques to assuage the pain in my lower back. Thanks, Jeff!

  I have had many massages in my life, but the massage I got on 5/9 was amazing. Jeff went above and beyond to target exactly what I needed to correct and relieve the pain I have been having in my shoulder. Thank you!

  I had the pleasure to meet Jeff (owner and massage therapist) just across the street from his business. I ended up having a much needed deep tissue and I was very impressed with Jeff's technique and expertise - my body was very tight and I had many knots - he was able to relieve the pressure and make me feel incredibly better! Highly recommend him!

  Great friendly knowledgeable staff with a wide variety of class offerings at a very attractive price. Small classes with personal attention and nice intimate facilities.   This integrated wellness company is a fantastic gem on Miami Beach! Highly educated instruction and services! Luxury massage treatments , yoga , boxing, boot camps, even nutrition ! It's like corporate quality with a mom-and-pop feel! A must do if you are in Miami! It's the experiences that make it amazing. Come for boxing stay for yoga , get a massage before you leave! Love it!
