  Would not recommend - Very disappointing!! I purchased a CPO 2016 Escalade ESV Platinum from this dealership. I had driven a MB for years and it was a big change to switch brands. MB has always been top-notch, but I needed a bigger SUV. It was a CPO so I went over it carefully, and was impressed with the condition of the body. It appeared well taken care of and looked great. Fast forward five days to picking up the vehicle. There was a paint deep nick in one door and scratches and a large paint chip on the fender. The scratches and chip had been touched up. The salesman tried to tell me "we missed this", but "they fixed it".. It would have been so obvious had it been there when I test drove the car - it is large. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. The salesman never once apologized. I paid $70,000 for a used car and the reaction was pretty much a shoulder shrug. A week later we discover that the cruise control wasn't working, I felt it was shifting very rough and a door panel was coming off. The truck went in the shop for three days of repairs. It needed several "resets" and "adjustments" on the upside we got it back running A LOT smoother, with working cruise control and a few other features we didn't realize weren't working either like, forward collision alert and front automatic braking!!! If this happened at MB they would be mortified and very apologetic. The salesman couldn't be bothered, neither could the sales manager. You'd think maybe they'd call and apologize for something??? Like features not working, or the scratches etc. I gave them two stars, not one, because the truck is nice and we really like the space. We are going to Mahwah for service from now on and hope we feel valued as a customer there.

  Chris Vartanian was both professional and courteous throughout our car buying experience, he went out of his way on many occasions to answer our questions, and get us the help needed.   I am 6 months into my second lease with this dealership. My auto insurance company suddenly insisted on new documentation about the car, threatening to cancel my collision and comprehensive coverage. I did not have the paperwork. I called my sales representative, JEROME BARNES. Mr. Barnes researched and sent the documentation to the insurance company within the hour. I consider this above and beyond any service I was entitled to. Thank you Mr. Barnes and Englewood Cliffs Cadillac.
