  if i could give 0 stars, i would. the people are not professional at all. illeana, the so called hair stylist, was late to my appointment. then i had to wait 30 mins to get in a chair. she was working on extensions while working on my hair. she was texting and on her phone while working. so unprofessional. she was then supposed to do my makeup but made another person, leo, do it. i was told he was really good but it was the complete opposite. he began doing my makeup before i even told him what i wanted. he made me look cakey and made my counter look very unnatural when i asked for a natural look. my eyeshadow made me look like i had two black eyes. when i said i didn’t like it, he got mad and “attempted” to fix it. the curls in my hair died in less than an hour after leaving the salon. i regret paying and i feel like i paid for nothing as i took the makeup off when i got home bc it looked horrible. i then went back the next day to ask for a refund of at least half for the bad service and the owner refused and was smiling the whole time as if it was funny to her. she then offered a discount and when i asked how much, she said 10%... how disrespectful can you be? that shows she doesnt care about the customers but only cares about the money. i do not recommend this place for anything. it is full of unprofessional and disrespectful people. go anywhere but here.
