  I've only had to deal with them once since my wife's passing and everything was taken care of very quickly. She was always commenting about their great rates and customer service. Our other insurance company (which we had for about 30 years) raised our rates tremendously because of a claim. This was only the third claim in those thirty years. It seems that a lot of insurance companies are great until they have to pay a claim, then they raise your rates or drop you. I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Auto-Owners Insurance. I will and have recommended Auto-Owners Insurance to other people.

  I have had a wonderful experience with Energy Insurance Agency. My agent, Chris Baird, has been attentive to my needs and comforting when I experienced a scare with an airline losing my personal belongings. Although they were later found and we did not need to move forward with the claim, it was comforting to know that Chris and his team had my back. Chris and the team have also been efficient and quick with providing documentation for my renters' insurance to my apartment building. I am very satisfied with this agency!
