  Annalisa and crew did a great job. They fit two bikes for me. They are very professional, highly qualified, and friendly. I enjoyed visiting with them. I appreciate their PT based approach to bike fitting. I highly recommend Endurance PDX, whether you are a bike racer / triathlete or a recreational cyclist.

  Nothing has improved my riding in a more lasting, immediate way than the fit I received from Annalisa earlier this year. I've been riding for ten years, including four years of racing, but had never received a professional fit. I thought I was dialed in on my bikes, but wow I was wrong! Annalisa's background in physical therapy adds depth to her assessment that you can't find from most fitters. In addition to fixing my position on the bike, she found that I have a weak right hip and gluts that I am not firing while riding. She gave me exercises to help strengthen these areas so they don't impede me from reaching my riding potential. The results speak for themselves. I started racing again this spring and finished 4th and then 2nd in my first two events. I feel more power riding hills than I ever have in my life. My endurance is up and no terrain feels daunting anymore. The best part is that I have greater confidence in my ability to work hard without blowing up my legs. I highly recommend Annalisa to any cyclist of any level who wants to get more enjoyment out of their sport. Ride on!

  Annalisa & co are top notch professionals. I had been dealing with knee pain whenever I cycled regularly, and had seen a several other physical therapists (at two different offices of one of the area's bigger medical providers) without getting results. I came to Endurance as my last shot at continuing to ride. Annalisa took the time to understand my lifestyle, cycling mechanics, and set me on track with strengthening exercises and technique shifts. She also checked in on my exercise technique regularly and that's been key - I needed that to stay on track. After getting close to giving up hope I'm back on my bike! Highly recommended.

  Very professional - supper nice facilities. Annalisa is a very intelligent and caring woman. Made some fairly simple adjustments to my bike and my riding posture. I noticed immediate improvement in my riding - lot less pressure on my hands, sitting up better and more comfortable - well worth the time and money. Also helped me greatly in working with me and the new clip-in shoes and peddles. made many adjustments, talked me through it and had me practice a lot. I should have done this before I went out of the bike shop and proceeded to fall over, not just once but three times. Giant bruise on left hip, left elbow and hand suffering some damage. I feel a lot more confident now. I should add that I'm 74 years old and have been riding in the city for fifteen years but just started a few months on a road bike and started adding miles. (I did 74 for my birthday!)
