  We stayed at Encompass for 24 days. The thing I was most impressed about was that all patients were always treated with compassion and kindness no matter how busy they was. Patients where treated the same even if they had no visitors. Big thanks to our top of the line Physical therapist Kelsey!!!! We have so much love and respect for you. Laura was also strong in her knowledge and abilities. Had great OT's Joe & Chelsea sweet as they come. Always ready to help speech therapist Kristen. Have to give a big shout out to the extra hard working NA's Jess and Kami felt like family. Alley and Krista always right there to help with a smile. Then the nurses Julia, Cheryl, Erin and Heather thank you. Each and every one of you were such a blessing to my husband and I. We had our bumps in the road, but never did any of the staff ever show anything but compassion, kindness and concern. Maraivic and Eric we also appreciate every thing you did to help us through the stay and going home. If you ever stay be sure and go to the employee cafeteria, more then worth the money and the cooks and servers are great.

  The team at Encompass did not administer prescriptions as prescribed by existing doctors. Instead, an in-house doctor changed the orders which prevented me from getting physical therapy which was the only reason I was there. Family got involved to try to rectify the situation, and still no changes were made. Therapy is not done on the weekends which means confinement to your bed if you are a fall risk.

  I am very dissatisfied with Encompass. This place is a Rehabilitation center, but they discharged patients without a full rehabilitation. They just want to charge to the insurance for a service that they not complete. My husband was there to rehabilitate and I am not saying that all patients need to stay there forever, but at least when the rehabilitation or the goal is completed as they say. They asked what are our goals right? HE ONLY WANTED TO ACHIEVE ONE GOAL, only one, and it was to EAT again, they sent him back to the hospital because he wasn't feeling well, he was vomiting and had a headache and when the hospital called again to send him back to REHABILITATION, they refused to take him back to finish, to complete HIS GOAL, to complete his rehabilitation. I am giving 2 stars because at least the therapists were good and nice with my husband. Lauren, Alexa and Andrea thank you for your work.

  Without a doubt, the very best place place for acute inpatient rehabilitation. I was treated extremely well, and was appropriately challenged in my therapy to do the very best I could to facilitate my recovery. The therapists and nursing staff are dedicated to your recovery progress and making sure you are comfortable in the process. Even the food was a remarkable and delightful surprise.

  We have only been here 24 hours and so impressed! The staff is so caring and helpful. They have checked on my mom consistently to make sure she is comfortable. The OT and PT staff are amazing! When ever my mom hits the call button, they respond quickly. I highly recommend this place. I haven’t met one unkind person or anyone who isn’t 100% committed to making my moms stay awesome! Love this place
