  Responding to the hit piece below. We have been in business 22 years and have done thousands of homes for some of the best builders in the Hudson Valley. We employ excellent mechanics, and have an excellent reputation with the builders we service and the suppliers we use. If the comments below were actually the truth about our company we would not be in business, nor would we want to be. It truly is unfortunate that one disgruntled customer can so skew reality based on a dispute with their builder.

  Left job incomplete. We paid our contractor top dollar for a custom home. They claim home is complete, we had no A/C as well as multiple heating issues. We called EMS, who did all the HVAC work and they were rude and refused to help, claiming the contractor owed him money, so no warranty work would be honored . I explained and offered proof of payments we made to contractor all on time or before due. The owner was not interested. After some pleading, he said he would get back to me. He never did and put a lean on my house the next week. Of course, nothing came of it because we paid for the work. We had to pay someone else to correct the issues. We are now in court with the dirt bag contractor for this and more problems, WFL of Poughkeepsie n was the contractor. Beware! Seems they are in the cheating customer business together. It's sad that people like this ruin it for the honest, harworking folks and the consumers!
