  I’ve been insured with Empire State insurance for almost 2 1/2 years now & I’m very pleased with their level of customer service. Over those few years I’ve filled multiple claims with my home & cars due to no fault of my own and Ali took care of everything without giving me a hard time, I’ve nothing to say except positive feedback.
