  I've been coming here since my college days at the University of St. Thomas. It's my go-to spot whenever I am in the area. They have amazing food, great beers on tap, really well-made coffee, and the staff is fantastic. I love the atmosphere as well. The patio is beautiful for cooler nights.

  Just finished breakfast here. Do not see what is so great. Better listing of ingredients on menu would be nice for folks with allergies. I ordered cheese hash browns. Who put bell pepper in a mild dish? Just eat bell pepper instead. So they gave me very very dry herb red skin potatoes. The sausage was made from a substance foreign to me. I do not believe it was meat. 13 bucks later my bagel was good.

  We enjoyed the service, food, decor and atmosphere. The people at the counter, Waitstaff are very friendly. We enjoyed our complimentary biscuits with coffee while waiting for our food. The omelette was cooked perfectly, the French toast was perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness. We sat outside under the umbrella. Can't wait to try everything eventually.

  Love this place. Arguably better than common bond. Much more casual. Outdoor seating is great. Service is nothing out of the usual. It can be crowded if you get there a bit later in the morning. I mean lines that may go the front door.

  First time at empire cafe customer service it's amazing. Love the cafe love the food I would recommend this place over any other place around that area. Breakfast it's amazing here. Will definitely come back
