real issue here was the chef and servers didn’t really care what you wanted or enjoyed - they were going to make the meal their way. When one member ordered their steak well done, not only did the server turn up her nose - but it was delivered medium rare. He didn’t eat most of the steak. Our daughter ordered a breakfast type bowl with the “perfect egg” (their definition in the menu) on top. It was cold and almost raw - she sent it back. And she had eaten the rest of her meal before they even checked in on how our meals were - poor service! We actually had to get up and ask for a coffee refill... One member asked for decaf coffee - they don’t have it. Also asked for sweetener - not available. Now, I understand this is Austin and ‘au natural’, but at some point for a $300+ brunch for 6, it would be nice to satisfy the customer. The Meal - eclectic food. Some things interesting; some pretty tasteless. The Bloody Mary was ground up veggies - imagine Gazpacho in a drink. No zip or real flavor - just drinking veggies. The steak and eggs were very good (if you enjoy medium rare, which one of our folks did) - it is the only reason the review isn’t 1 Star.

Unbelievable! The range of flavors and creativity with a farm to table establishment...just amazing. We ordered more food halfway through the meal because we couldn't pass up a chance to enjoy more! Also, cocktails are incredible. Great compliment to the food

Out of this world. From the different flavors and tastes to the lovely decor and comfortable feel. The waiter was so enthusiastic about the food and passionate about his job it made us eager to try things. We took his suggestions and were blown away. There's a cart that comes around with extra bites to buy and try and we bought one - my favorite part. We will be coming back!

We came here expecting great things (James Beard nomination), but left a bit disappointed! Service: the service was good, not great. Our waiter was nice, but the overall service was quite disjointed. They suggest sharing, but then didn’t refresh our plates or utensils until we asked. Food: Two of the salads that could have been delicious were quite over dressed. The dim sum items were a fun idea, but came out at odd times. Highlights: short ribs with beet bbq sauce, dim sum cart carrots.

In my top 5 dining experiences of all time. I consider myself kind of hard to please, coming from New Orleans, and this place exceeded every expectation. We couldn't resist getting each dim sum item plus everything we ordered. Incredibly fresh tasting ingredient and thoughtful menu with super cool and friendly staff. 11/10
