  We stumbled into this church one Sunday and never left..the congregation is welcoming and friendly and the pastor's message is usually thought provoking and grounded..focusing on what we can do to make the world a better place. It is an active community with a mens group..womans group..discussion groups..prayer groups..mission group.. Something for everyone...if you choose.. There is no pressure to participate in the extra activities..just opportunities..Cabot wait for Sunday It's a great

  Emmanuel Baptist Church has a very welcoming congregation and progressive message. Worship services are 10:30a.m. Sunday mornings. There are other events open to the community, such as pasta dinners and peace and justice forums. Pastor Ken is welcoming and accessible.
