  I lost my baggage last September 2017 when I went to my country.they promised they will find it but they could find it.i m trying to contact with Emirates but no reply. My important documents was there,they are care less and very bad service.

  Free alcohol, two hour complementary wifi, countless movie selections, HOWEVER, meal selections and soft drinks were very limited. Your meal of selection and ginger ale might be gone before it even gets to you. Flight attendants really seemed not need a job and careless or laid back to put it in a nicer way. Food was mehhhh Could be one star if no free alcohol and movie selections... Bottom line, overrated airline service...

  Worst flying experience ever and this is after I had a12 hour delay with Cathay Airlines. Check in online and don't deal with their desk staff. They lied to me about their practices and enforced arbitrary standards that made me check my bag. They exemplified the problem with the industry. Because airlines have so much power over the industry given our fear terrorist attacks, they get to act like Seinfeld's Soup Nazi.

  Once the best airlines sadly now is the Worst airline! I traveled in December 2016, they lost my luggage. After traveling 25 hrs flight I had nothing to wear, my daily medicine were in it too. I had to come back at the airport for 3 hours and wait for about 5 hours. Seemed like 40 hours in torture! Unfortunately bought emirates ticket again in Sept 2017. Staff are liers and incompetent in Karachi. I went there twice to change my ticket. 6 staff members talking to each other for 15 mins, they pretended as if I was invisible. I was charged $300 to change my ticket. I was asked to give them a date meaning I will have to pay next time if I change my date again. Second time after 15 days I went to change my dates, I was asked for another $300. I came back after an hour, they asked me for $700 now instead of $300 they had just quoted. Staff member said yes I did quote you but I did not know and walked away. I fly quite frequently and so do a lot of my family members. I told my experience to everyone I know. Seems like there is no customer service or curtesy.

  REFUND POLICY Emirates airlines has one of the worst refund policies in the world. I bought an economy flex air ticket which is more expensive than the economy saver promising a full refund fare upon canceling the ticket but that was not the case. I bought a ticket which was 1000$+(two way) and due to some reasons I had to cancel the ticket and the ticket was partially used. There is still a unused one way availability in this ticket. Due to some reasons I had to cancel the ticket and did it one month prior to my departure. The refund money which was offered to me was 70$+. I was charged for unused services and tax. They will somehow will put the seat on fair again. This was so unfair. I was a loyal customer for 7 years and I will not go by Emirates anymore! Robers
