My girlfriend and I just got back from our vacation in New Orleans. We went here two nights ago and it was great. Mike (the head waiter) was very knowledgeable about the local beers and was very attentive. Tyler (our other waiter) was a true gentleman. At first, he gladly moved a seat from his own section to the bar so that my girlfriend and I could sit down. He was also super attentive and our glasses were never empty. The food was amazing and the place is very nice inside. Definitely one of the highlights from our trip!

Homemade sausage and ground mustard were delicious. The hamburger was very flavorful and perfectly done, and the French fries were crispy and scrumptious. The service was attentive but not fawning or pretentious. Prices are reasonable for the high quality. A wonderful lunch experience!

This place is very famous. My husband, who loves fried food and organ meats loved his dinner. I was looking for a more healthy alternative. That's nearly impossible here. The fish of the day was crusted in sausage! I ended up with 2 scallops for my main course. They were very good, but I was really hungry even after a salad and the BBQ shrimp appetizer (5 very small shrimp!) Again, if you enjoy high fat, fried foods and sausage, this is the place for you!

The building is rustic, the area is historic downtown. The interior is nice. Service is good. We just came in for the banana cream pie and coffee. We were not disappointed. We looked at the lunch menu; some nice favorites, including chicken and waffles!

I was on cloud 9 knowing this was a restaurant of one of the iconic chefs from the food network. We did not have reservations which I highly recommend since this spot us popular. They offered us seats at the chef's bar which gave you a front row seat (literally see my videos) of the kitchen. Foodies like me will enjoy this more than a table. The service was the same at the bar. The food was 5 star and prices, well... bring at least $100. At least. It is worth every penny from the food to the experience.
