  Of course, once we bought our house a couple years ago, the air conditioning had to be looked at after about a year and we contacted Emergency Air. They couldn't have been more helpful, friendly but professional. Explained everything going on, showed us the problems with the old unit and didn't rush us just to make a sale. We ended up getting a new Carrier Unit that has been working great. Now a year into it, had an inspection and maintenance by Robert Patrick who was very friendly, professional, and thorough, and he explained everything. We feel that Emergency Air is a great company with great people so got a maintenance agreement to keep the system working efficiently through the coming years. Highly recommend. Getting our ducts cleaned in a few days by Emergency Air too

  We found Emergency Air was top notch. They knew what they were talking about. Did the best 'check' on the system we have ever had done. We were so impressed we signed up for the 5 year program.

  I've always only gotten Mike as my technician so I feel he kind of knows me and my family now...lol He has always been a huge help to us. I always can rely him and Emergency Air with any of my AC & Heating needs. Mike is very prompt and efficient with his work. He stayed to answer any questions that I had from the visit and made me feel knowledgeable about the service I needed. I also speak to Amy quite often from the office to schedule my service. She usually calls and reminds me of the service time, thank goodness because I can never remember when it's time 😉. And she's patient with my crazy schedule. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Thanks Emergency Air! You all are awesome!

  Daniel came by to give my system a check up. We've had another company come out and quote us $1800 in parts or $6000 for a new system. Daniel tested everything and found it all to be within parameters, with one $200 part nearing the end of it's life. He gave me some good tips on filters and ventilation. 24 hour support, you can't beat that.

  I've worked with Emergency Air in the past so when my tenant was having heating issues, I called them to check it out. The dreaded news, I needed a new AC/Heat pump. Since I know nothing of AC units, I had a friend who is a AC specialist call Emergency Air's tech to hear first hand what the problem was. My friend agreed, it wasn't worth fixing and should be replaced. I got a quote from Emergency. Being cost conscious, I called a few other companies to compare prices. I wanted to be loyal to E. A., but only if the price was right. I was very pleased with the final cost. They were able to get the unit installed within 5 days as it was over the Christmas weekend. I am very happy with their service and willingness to meet my needs. I truly believe they are an honest company but you should still compare prices as they are NOT the cheapest. They do want to win, and keep, your business though.
