  I provided the jeweller with a couple of pieces. They weren't able to fix everything, which was discussed over the phone and expected. However, they only were able to fix two pieces out of five. The only thing they did was glue a piece of jewelry to fix it and charged me $32. This was beyond what I expected, from previous experiences with another jeweller in the area. The service itself was friendly, but I am truly unhappy with the service I was provided.
