::The most horrible experience ever. Messages are not returned. Deadlines are broken. They refuse to answer phone calls. Over 2 1/2 weeks for them to embroider my name on a shirt that I took to them and that they already had the image digitalized . I have asked for a full refund and for them to keep their product and for them to return my shirts that I turned in to them. I will update my review as soon as they respond. As of now, zero stars.
