  Keith and his team were exceptional! We had a very unique wood burning-to-gas conversion project which required out-of-the-box thinking in order to design a solution that would work for our home. Not only was Keith able to design a solution, but more importantly, he was able execute. Ember Fireplaces did exactly what they promised and exceeded my expectations along the way. Great job Keith (and crew), you've gained our trust and loyalty!

  After visiting several fireplace stores, we decided to purchase a Mendota fireplace from Marta and Keith at Ember Fireplaces because of their showroom display collection, their knowledge of the features among the various lines they carry, and their competitive price. We enjoyed our experience with them because the relaxed atmosphere included no high pressure sales tactics. They were willing to work with us on our renovation’s extended timeline. Keith came to our house to answer questions about the preparation of the fireplace location. At this point, the fireplace is installed and working; we are enjoying sitting in front of it. We are pleased with the fireplace and our interactions with the people at Ember fireplaces.

  Incredible products, service, and people! Ember is who you want building your custom fireplace. Keith and his team are phenomenal. Unbelievable service and made the entire process seamless. Anthony and his team did an amazing job during the installation. Truly a work of art. Go to ember, you will not be sorry.

  Our experience with Ember Fireplaces was amazing ! It was not an easy job - a non working, water damaged, dated white brick, old wood burning fireplace, converted to a beautiful modern travertine stone fireplace with a Planika HotBox and custom mantel. From start to finish Keith was there for every step as he worked with his team (very nice guys) to ensure a beautiful finished product. Marta's great eye for design helped to create what is now the centerpiece of our home. You will not be disappointed with Ember Fireplaces. Thank you so much Keith & Marta!
