While the hotel itself is a wonderful place to stay, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of customer service I have receive from the staff following my stay. I was charged twice for my room. After leaving several voicemails for the one person in the accounting department and not being called back for a week, I reached out to the front desk and manager. After two weeks, I have stilled not been called back. It seems that the hotel will be wrongfully keeping the extra several hundred dollars they accidentally charged until I can contact anyone at the hotel who is willing to help. Absolutely unacceptable customer service in this regard.

The 2 doubles premium suite was perfect room for our family of 4. Plenty of room and even a door between the living area and bedroom. The hallway was noisy for the person who slept on the foldout couch, and the older, heavy doors to the rooms were often heard slamming shut. Sink, microwave, fridge and coffeepot (no regular coffee though, just decaf and hazelnut??) Staff was great, lots of choices for breakfast, room service was fast though we were missing some specially requested items, Starbucks in the lobby (no frappuccinos, though). We didn't use the pool, fitness room or spa so can't comment on those, but for the spacious room and service and price, we'd go back.

I was hoping to get a relaxing one night stay as I was passing through Albuquerque, but it didn’t happen. I have stayed at many Embassy Suits and have enjoyed them all. It all started a check in there was two buses pulling in at the same time I arrived so check in took a lot longer than it should. Happy hour- at this Embassy now only serves you one complementary drink a day. We were sitting outside the designated restaurant area and trying to clean our mess up and asked for a trashcan and one of the hostesses was pretty rude and told us ,”well you shouldn’t of been sitting there anyways because they have people that get paid to clean stuff up so I guess I’ll just have to clean it up now.” We were in outside the designated restaurant area. Needless to say we were disappointed once again by this Embassy. Breakfast- this is supposed to be the best part, well don’t let them fool you. The buffet only includes biscuit , hash browns and scrambled eggs and oatmeal for your hot choice. So to get any ham, sausage, bacon, pancakes you must stand in the omelette line. How inconvenient. It wouldn’t have been a problem if this large embassy had more help however the line is 30 people deep and they needed multi lines. So disappointed. We will now better than to use this Embassy again

Three stars because they didn't clean our room during our multiple night stay. I called reception at 5pm and asked why and they said it's something you have to request. I replied that I've never heard of such a thing, and asked for the service, as the trash was full and towels were dirty. When housekeeping finally came they only emptied one trash and exchanged towels. Very disappointing. I understand the that hotel was completely booked but it's no excuse to lie about your cleaning policy. And when you say housekeeping will clean a room, ensure they do. Otherwise it seemed like a nice hotel with great breakfast buffet and evening reception.

This a very nice property that seems to have serious staffing problems. Check in time is 3 pm, we finally got a room at 5 pm which was a very nice upgrade because our room type was still not ready. In the evening, there was only one server in the cafe. They wisely required reservations to control guest numbers so once seated the service was okay. Front desk and door staff were friendly and efficient. Easy drive access to Old Town, Art Museum and shopping.
