I applied for tourist visa back on February 21 I have not seen the visa yet and it has been a month but as far as the people on the consulate that work there they were very polite and very helpful it was not a very long wait at all it was clean and I cannot say it enough how polite everyone in there was was a very friendly atmosphere

Have called many times, only a recording to press option 3 for an official. Then on hold for another 30 seconds only to be told mailbox is full, no way to communicate with them. Will have to travel 1 hour to visit them in person to answer a question. Terrible service

Well requested my renewal of my passport in August 27, 2016... I'm received an appointment for March 8, 2017... the communication was okay... since I had to send 4 emails to receive a detailed response regarding the requirements for that day such as how much was 12 UT.In addition they didn't need my pictures 2x2. I spent one hour and half in there. However when they called me a second time didn't last 5 minutes in the office. They told me that my new passport will arrive in 3 or 4 months I drove all the way from Miami, Fl to Washington DC... never again hahaha
