  Eva was extremely helpful and patient with us. We got our visas in less than 3 weeks. Best advice I can give you is have your paperwork all straight and it will go smoothly.

  After looking at the reviews I definitely didn't know what to expect. I showed up from out of state and did a walk in (they don't do appointments) and it took me less than 10 mins to complete the whole process. When I walked in there were guards who were friendly and directed me and once I got in, there were only a few ppl in there and some ppl even sitting on the steps filling out the application right there. I didn't know if I was going to be in there for an hour with rude ppl or what. But the ppl were very nice and lenient with me not having 2 copies of things (I only had 1 copy of everything,. Oops) but the lady made copies of whatever papers they needed there for me. She explained any clarifications multiple times if I needed (because I like to be sure!) They also provide you with the application (and other papers) for you to fill out there if you didn't already print them off. I was missing one form off my police report and they accepted my application and told me to just get that extra form signed by my hometown police and to mail it back to the embassy to complete my application. They definitely don't pick up their phones as much as they should, or at all.. But besides that they are very friendly and understanding workers. I'm sure others have had different experiences but that was mine. Hope it's found helpful !

  Very friendly and helpful. Provided links to provide information I would need before arriving. Was in and out in 5 minutes! Applied for my daughters student Visa. She'll have to go back but that's only because she couldn't leave her passport to have mailed back. Needed for other travels.

  La embajada es un loop en sí misma. Parece hecha contra el servicio del ciudadano. La página web tiene enlaces rotos y otros te mandan al enlace anterior. Y llamar al teléfono es como el hamster que corre la rueda de la jaula. Das vueltas y vueltas y siempre estás en el mismo sitio. De todas las veces a las que he ido, una chica me atendió genial y me ha dejado una muy buena impresión; pero el sistema de acceso a la información está diseñado con los pies.

  Realmente en mi caso han sido muy eficaz y muy Rápidos hasta el momento. Gracias al personal de la Embajada, sin muy amables.
