STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Horrible experience, Dr Jay didnā€™t even say hello or introduce himself the very first day I met him, he actually looked like he hates his job , apparently he was juggling between nine patients, including myself (hence the long wait in between) and he straight up started digging in my teeth which I thought was unprofessional (he did do a follow up call thou) and then they also charged me full price for some services without doing a proper checkup with my insurance (later to find out my insurance couldā€™ve covered 40% of the sevices I ended up paying full price for ) ! My deep cleaning was not done properly either, had to comeback more than once for my crown to feel comfortable ,.. just terrible , and now Iā€™m happy to say Iā€™m with a different dentist and it makes me shrug my shoulders when I compare embassyā€™s terrible services ! However Iā€™m still paying on the hefty bill charged to my credit card from this quack office , ( a lady named Teri I think that was her name was the friendliest of all and actually looked like she cared about people, the rest including the receptionists are very fake, money hungry individuals

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I WOULD GIVE IT -5 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I was living in Nashville and paying dental insurance so I decided to get a cleaning, before moving to another state. A friend had gone here and needed some work done but they recommended it cuz she got in quick and it was a clean facility (which was true). I had never had any dental work done and take good care of my teeth, but when I went here, they told me I had 3 teeth that needed fillings. I was about to move out of Nashville, to another state and panicked that I should get it taken care of then so I made an appointment the following week. When I went back for my filling appointment, 3 fillings turned into 2 ā€œreally wide and deep fillingsā€ that Dr. Jay recommended putting crowns on. I should have realized the first red flag was getting both sides of my mouth numbed in the same sitting, as this is poor dentistry from what I have learned from other dentists. But again, not knowing any better, I went ahead and did it. Another red flag- most good dentists mold and make their own crowns. Embassy dental sends them out and a lab makes them because itā€™s cheaper. So I finally get the permanent crowns placed and Iā€™m having awful pain every time I chew on anything. I had to go back several times to get them ground down to make my bite better. Another red flag- Dr. Jay ground down my upper teeth to try and fix my bite (all my prior work was on my bottom teeth). Why touch perfectly good enamel??? Also funny story, 4-5 of my co-workers (all in our early 20ā€™s) also went to Dr. Jay, and all of us now have fillings and crowns. Coincidence? I think not. About a week or two later I moved out of the state. Still having pain and sensitivity I called him up and he recommended coming back in. So I flew from NY back to Nashville and he spent less than 10 minutes with me trying to grind down these crowns to make my bite better. Felt a little better finally so I flew back to NY the next day. Two days later I had traveled to my parents house in MA, and the crown he ā€œfixedā€ fell off. WHAT? So at this point I am so beyond frustrated I called up my childhood dentist and he saw me on a Saturday morning and fixed it for me for free but was mortified about all of this, as I had seen him just 6 months before and my teeth were perfectly fine. Finally my bite felt okay and the crowns didnā€™t feel loose. I was however, still having sensitivity in the filling but it felt better with Advil. I have kind of ignored the pain on the filling for about 8 months, but I noticed a dark spot on one of my crowns and now living in NYC I felt I should find a new dentist. I had my boyfriend do a test run and found a new dentist I like. I called up embassy dental and I asked them to email me my x-rays so my new dentist could have a copy of them, they sent them to my email address but there was only one crown on the x-ray and when I emailed back asking if they had anymore as I had another crown done, silence. My new dentist was great, she talked to me about my crowns and the pain I was having. And I told her about my experience at embassy dental. She took new x-rays and there is an air pocket under my filling! Which is probably what is causing all of my pain, and the spot I had noticed, is A HOLE in my crown. A HOLE!!! Less than a year later. Also a side note- I have not chewed a piece of gum or had any sticky candy since Iā€™ve had all this work due to my fear of messing anything up. I feel pain every time I chew food. I canā€™t enjoy anything crunchy or chewy anymore. And all of this headache was 100% caused by embassy dental. I hope none of you go there and end up like me. This place is awful!

I pray about every decision I need to make. Iā€™m from out of state & needed a dentist I had driven by the office several times taking my mom to the hospital. When I called to make an appointment the staff was super nice, got me right in & it was the easiest dentist experience Iā€™ve had. Iā€™m terrified of the Dentist & everyone made me feel very comfortable.

Customer service is lacking majorly here. I was told I needed 5 fillings, which was surprising. What was more surprising, though, was that after those fillings, MY TEETH HURT. The fillings were months ago, and still to this day, I feel pain when I chew. My teeth never hurt before the fillings for these "very small cavities," but they do after I paid hundreds of dollars, experienced pain, and was inconvenienced by having to schedule multiple appointments (per their advice). I called about the pain and returned to the office, only to be met with very defensive words, basically saying nothing was wrong. I left feeling very uneasy. There was never a follow up to see if things were better. There are many other red flags: Every time I went, I had to wait a long time (15 minutes-1 hour) My Embassy bills did not match up to my insurance bills- turns out, they didn't always report everything to my insurance company Each time I went in for fillings, my jaw hurt for about a week from the numbing shot I received "mislabeled bills", saying I owed something, but then the office told me that I owed more than what the bill said I absolutely would not recommend going here.

You wrote a review for Embassy Dental 3 minutes ago 1.0 star rating 4/4/2018 Embassy Dental does NOT care about the health and quality of your teeth, they only care about the profit they can make off of you. If I could leave zero stars, I would! I am a 29 year old who, before going to Embassy, only had 1 filling my entire life. Upon my inspection with the Dentist, he determined I needed a filling due to a "micro cavity". While this alone would not be alarming, I told a coworker who said she also went there and needed four fillings; her fiance went there too and was told he needed a crown and other dental work. As it turns out, everyone I've spoken or heard of that has gone here (4-5 people total) ALL needed a surprisingly large amount of dental work done, and then had issues or pain following the work. Regarding payment for my filling, I was quoted at $35 less than I actually had to pay when the work was done. When I went back and looked at my dental benefits price sheet, I discovered they charged me for the MOST expensive filling option. This is NOT aligned with the level of work I had done and I was most certainly overcharged. Additionally, this office has extremely poor customer service. They make you wait without any word on when the dentist will see you, and overall don't seem concerned with your health or well-being as their patient. Lastly, following my initial cleaning and resultant filling, I received a TEXT MESSAGE that I had remaining dental benefits, and that I should come by and see if I needed more work done. NO THANK YOU! I promptly cancelled my next cleaning and have found a new dentist who actually is kind, concerned with my overall dental health, practices good customer service, and is not looking to profit off me.
