  Awesome to have serious bagels in Seattle. Small, irregular, wood-fired, chewy and great. Not a muffin with a hole in it :). Good spreads, too.

  I'd give the bagels 5 stars, but no peanut butter option (almond butter is not the same). Just got back from a flying NYC visit and Eltana's bagels are as good - smaller, chewier than delis in Manhattan but that's what I like. Good choice of bagels - regular, salty thru sesame and 'everything' but no pumpernickel. Smears have a Mediterranean leaning. If you want big and puffy this isn't for you.

  We come here every weekend for breakfast! The style of bagels here is moist and a bit chewy. The spreads are super flavourful. Our favourites are za'atar & scallion and spicy garlic. They usually have gluten free bagels available as well. They make their own cold brew coffee. All of their coffee comes from a local nano-roastery and it's great. The flavour is mellow but deep. Haven't even tried the non-bagel food options because the bagels are so awesome! Between 10-12:00 on weekends, it usually isn't too busy. You might have to wait 5-10min for seats to free up, but it's rare that there isn't at least one table free. The staff are really friendly! They also have a free crossword which you can do while enjoying your food and drink :) And I will also mention that the orange slice they give with the bagel hits the spot. Love that extra touch!

  Good option for a Montreal style bagel. Zaatar bagel (Fridays only) with Zaatar spread was quite good. I think if I did not go with a savory combo like that it might have been a tad too sweet, perhaps a bit too much honey in the water. Still quite good.

  Was looking for a great classic bagel. Being from the East coast I have a certain love for the oh so delicious donut shaped bread, however the bagels here were very different than what I grew up with, not bad, just not what I would want my bagels to either look like or taste like at the price point they have them at. They have a plethora of spreads that caught my attention though. I'll only go back if a group wants to go to just hang out, but I won't be personally initiating any trips there.
