  I will say I was impressed with how fast they pushed through clients...nails were way better when I walked out, could have been a bit cleaner...but overall pretty good. Call ahead and make an appointment for sns

  Unclean and dirty!!! I came here 2 weeks ago and it was nice and dandy until they opened the drains to flow out the water... it stinks, the drains smells so bad I got worried and told the lady and she quickly got an air freshener and sprayed the place. I saw the representative opening the draw and taking out a nail clipper and I asked her to clean it, and she quickly got offended and said clean, and began spraying it down and wiping it. I watched after I was done she just placed it right back into the draw and it waited for the next person unsterilized. 3 days ago I realized my finger was swollen, red and hurting. Then I cut under the side skin where the pain was emitting and it was an infection. I am taking my business somewhere else. Anywhere but this place and reporting this place. It should be a garbage dump instead of a nail saloon.

  My daughter and I came to this nail salon and I fell in love with my nails💅 Sophia and sue did our nails beautiful work .the place is clean they talk to you while you're getting your nails done .all the girls that work there are very nice and 😁Not Iike other places. they have hundreds of colors to choose from all I can say is I recommend it to anyone..🤗

  Elmont Nails is local nail shop that is full of a few experienced estheticians who are talented and good at what they do, but suffer from poor management. The shop is generally a clean environment, that even on busy days provides a low key atmosphere where the local community and long time customers come to get their nails done. This is a no frills nail salon, there is no soothing music, there is no beverages, its decorated modestly and very clean but please take note to bring cash if your services cost less $20. Lets begin! The customer is not always right here, and the owners seem to encourage the culture that if you are unhappy your money is not needed here so take it somewhere else. Scheduling ahead of time, is gamble at best that will most always be taken over speaker phone where you most likely be greeted by Kim who has no time for small talk and seemingly little time for helping you figure what you want and where you fit into the schedule of the wo estheticians. Most people come for Kim, Lisa Sophia and a few others there because they are good at what they do and that is it. If you are seeking a streamline customer service experience this place is not for You! If you are seeking to get your nails done before a certain time, this place may not be for you, if you are seeking a spa like experience this place may not be for you. If you are trying to get your nails done between 6 and 7 this place might not be for you as you will be locking up yourself with people cleaning around you. If you simply need to get your nails done...by all means take your chance because if you actually get in the chair and get what you want then you have won the battle royal that is the experience of coming to elmont nails.
