  Was here for my entire pregnancy and was always treated with respect and friendliness. The nurses are fantastic and make you feel at ease and dr heart is fantastic. Was skeptical about this place since Medicaid usually sends me to garbage facilities but I was thuroughly impressed with my entire experience here. Would highly recommend for ob/gyn services

  Mr. Jones (he is actually a doctor and director here for now) misused and abused his authority as a director and I medical professional this morning by denying me medical attention and the establishment of primary care!! Please? Allow me to explain.... I, as a walk-in patient, arrived to this facility at 7:30 a.m. and was instructed to sign in and wait in the lobby. I did. At approximately 8:35 a.m. I was called to the back and placed in a patient room where my vitals were checked and recorded, along with a 3 files of blood being drawn and a urine sample. Afterwards, the technician advised me to wait as the doctor would be in shortly. About 10 minutes later, Mr. Jones entered the room and asked me, with disdain and attitude, "What was I doing here?". As I began to speak, he interrupted me and said, "WHAT!". Immediately I calmly explained to him that he made me feel very uncomfortable and I wasn't feeling privy to sharing my medical woes and concerns with him and requested to see another doctor. He said, "You will just have to reschedule and find you another provider!". And then he had me escorted out of the facility by security. I walk on a cane due to bi-lateral osteoarthritis in my knees and I also suffer with PTSD. I needed my prescriptions refilled and he denied me only because....He could! May YAH have mercy upon him for the love, or lack thereof, he showed me today.

  Had some good service and alot of help and advice for all my medical situations. They are somewhat slow but its for them to make the best diagnosis of the medical ailment and thats what I needed I love a medical facility that really shows concern and this is what the staff here does I applaud Them all

  The worst customer service. I arrived and hour early just to be seen an hour later. Never will I return to this location
