  I took my 645 BMW in for repair, Derrick took his time explaining the repairs needed & also provided a fair price! I appreciate good customer service & quality work at a fair price. This is a good place of business that I will patronize & share my experience! Thank You!!!!! Mr. Ashley

  Here is my experience with Elite. It started last year in March 2017 when I purchased a used 2010 Ranger from a car dealer in the area. The dealership had told me that the transmission was acting up and as part of the deal with me purchasing the truck they were going to have the transmission rebuilt. The dealership took the truck to Elite and I was given the warranty for the transmission. I drove the truck till may with no issues. In May my daughter was driving the truck and the truck went out of gear and would not go at all in any gear. I took the truck back to Elite and they kept it for 2 weeks trying to figure out what the problem was. When I drove from my home 3 hours away to pick it up Derrick told me that they couldn't get the truck to act up and did nothing to it the entire time it was there. I drove home 3 hours away woke up the next morning to the truck not going into gear. It did this for the next few days and I spoke to Derrick about it. I took the truck back to Elite and Derrick told me that they would take the transmission out and go through it. When I pick the truck up this time it had the ABS, Trac Control, and , Brake lights were all on. When I questioned Derrick about it his reply was "That is not our fault or problem" When I dropped the truck off those lights were not on. Since the last time I have picked the truck up from them I have had to have the transmission worked on again cause the 5th gear solenoid has gone out. After my experience I would not recommend Elite, and the warranty that you are given for a transmission is not worth the paper that it is printed on.

  I took my 2006 Acura TL here after noticing the D4 light blinking. The staff was very friendly and very informative. They were able to answer all of my questions and give me additional information to help keep me informed with what was going on with my vehicle. The best part was that they were able to repair my transmission and have be back in my vehicle the next business day.

  Great customer service and they explained everything in detail. I am very satisfied overall with the knowledge and service I received from Elite Transmission, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for transmission service. 5 STARS

  This is the place to go for an auto repair. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Plus, they were efficient and timely when it came to getting me back into my car. I'll be recommending Elite to my friends and family.
