  I LOVE my new blinds! They look beautiful and work great! I worked with Michael and he was very professional, friendly, and competent. I got a few quotes from other blinds companies and these were the cheapest with great quality. I got the Hunter Douglas motorized blinds and they are awesome! I highly recommend Elite Blinds and Shutters! :)

  If you are looking for fast professional service this is the window covering service to do business with. The sales staff are friendly and their product knowledge is great. Elite Shutter and Blinds offers quality products in multiple price range. I really enjoyed the shop at home experience and on site measuring and complete installation service. Great Job

  Just got our blinds installed & couldn't be happier! We worked with Jennifer Gecho, the sales manager & she exceeded all our expectations! She scheduled visit to come to our home to measure all windows & she really listened to our needs & budget before making any recommendations... She provided us with exact color & product samples to take home so we could view in all light settings before placing order... She was available 24/7 to answer any & all questions (and we had quite a few)... She communicated every single step & ensured every detail was covered to our liking... The installation of the blinds was exactly as described to us... The 2 installers were amazing...Stefon Smith & his assistant were very professional & friendly... They took the time to make sure we were familiar with all the mechanics & features of the blinds & even gave us tips to keep blinds their best for years & years to come... Couldn't have asked for a better, smoother, more professional blind buying & installation process... Would give 10 stars if possible... i will definitely be recommending Jennifer and her team at Elite Shutters and Blinds to all my friends & family.

  I recently worked with Kim on our fourth window treatment project. She was very patient and helpful. Both she and Rob worked very hard to address my concerns and meet my needs. I am very pleased with the result.

  Very poor response time. No follow ups. You have to literally chase them for even a simple thing. NOT RECOMMEND!!!
