  WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Not only were ali& Ana sweet as Apple pie the day I came in, but the next day they were nasty & disrespectful when I told them I wanted out of the deal, after being there for 8 hours I was given a car not to my liking, was charged an additional 11thousand dollars. I have a 2015 Nissan rogue that's been in an accident. With a price of a brand new 2018 rogue 23,000.for a used car. Why would they do this to people. I purchased this car 2 weeks ago and have been stressed everyday after. Reviewing my contract I have many fees and add ons.Im Sorry I EVER STEPPED INTO THAT PLACE.

  0 stars these people are Scammers! Even with a co-signer they told me i had to get a car i did not want. They promised to buy back my car in 5months which was a lie. I contacted them back in 5months about trading my car for another vehicle and they told me i need to wait minimum 8months. Which was not promised when I got the car from these guys. My car has has lost value and continue to lose value everyday that I have it. The guys name was ali and he smiled and laughed in our face while the whole time he was scamming us. They give you food and drinks to warm you up and then take advantage of you. Horrible way to do business. I will be contacting the better business bureau and filing a complaint. I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone! Beware! I am a real person who has been taken advantage by these people.

  Went here on a suggestion of a dear friend. I was skeptical about such place before but they handled my case with diligence and efficiency esp Mr. Ali was very helpful. would recommend it to my other friends too.

  Amazing place to get a car. They handled everything efficiently, all i had to do was be there. Everything was done for me by amiable professionals. Who made getting a car feel like a walk in the park. Have already recommended the place to all of my friends.

  I just went through my car buying experience with Elite Auto Credit. I too was weary about using a broker and typical sales pitch and promises, but I can attest to the positive experience and great results. Yes, there will be some negotiating and frustrations but that is with any car buying experience. It is stressful. However, I can assure you that these people try extremely hard to get you the results. Hey, we use these services for a reason, otherwise bring your huge down payment and/or great credit score to a local dealer. They are courteous and very professional. I can't tell you how knowlegeable and personal the Client Advocate Manager was. She truly cares and wants to help. I was offered the best interest rate from them compared to four other places. I consider myself a smart shopper and know to do my homework and negotiate so I say this with honesty and impartially. They really work with you. Don't let anyone tell you the service fee is non-refundable. They only want it up front because they want to make sure you're a serious buyer and want to correct your past credit mistakes. It also highlights their level of confidence in delivering customer satisfaction. They were ready to refund it to me with no questions asked and I only asked for it when we initially didn't agree with the vehicle price. What makes this process difficult is because they are trying to find the right car for you, at the right condition, reasonable/acceptable price, and at appropriate interest rate. They are very reasonable and highly recommended. Now I got the car I wanted and I'm extremely satisfied with the condition of the car and the price I paid. They even gave me a nice loaner car for a week until my car was ready. Thank you Anna and Ali!
