  The owner does NOT value customer loyalty. I’ve been coming here for years and out of no where the owner starts charging for everything - $5 for tip shapes -$5 for soaking -$5 for debit card use. I came here this past Saturday spent $96 and by Tuesday 5 of my SNS tips were bending like paper and broke. I stopped by to show them that she obviously did something wrong as she was rushing . After rushing and fixing the nails, she had the nerve to charge me for their own mistake. I’m not cheap but I do expect my loyalty to be recognized, especially when they are at fault. It’s cheaper to keep an old customer rather than acquiring a new one. Get your business together!

  This has been the WORST nail salon, I've ever been too. They cut me cuticle several times and made me bleed. I don't recommend anyone to come to this place! Not to mention, they are NOT friendly!!!

  They did a horrible job! If I could give them no star I would!!! will never go back to that place again!!! They rushed my pedicure and my manicure! I am soooo up set! And they charded extra 5 dollars just for using your credit card!
