  Such amazingly friendly service here with a great location. I can't stress how nice they were to my kids from the minute we walked in. The rooms are nice and the view is gorgeous out the window. Location is perfect for doing anything around Boston.

  This hotel is really awesome. I've stayed here twice to go to Anime Boston. It's just a short walk from the hotel to the convention so it's not inconvenient. The hotel has a very fancy aesthetic, different from all the big name hotels I'm used to staying at. They use actual keys instead of key cards and they have friendly, well dressed staff available all the time to help you with your luggage or anything else. We didn't get to try room service but they had a couple tempting things. The room we stayed in had 2 beds in with French doors separating them from the living area with the couch and mini bar. The bed was comfortable but my pillow was a bit too soft. No problem though, just stacked a few together and it made up. The bathroom was surprisingly modern and had a nice, easy to use shower with water that came out hot instantly. I really like this hotel and I will continue to stay at it every time I come to Boston for this convention.

  Generally, the hotel is alright. Staff is friendly and welcoming, and will do their best to answer your requests. The specific room (310) I was in, had terrible background noise of what seems to be the ac. Every few minutes it turned on for 5-10 minutes, and sounded like a train was passing by. The design is very outdated and almost looks ridiculous. Elevators didn't work half the time. No bath, water bottles are provided quite randomly.

  Beautiful Hotel! The room was located on the fifth floor and it was so clean and the lighting was amazing! The shower made me want to stay there all day. The staff was accommodating and one of the doormen was a fantastic photographer, knowing lighting and angles to take pictures! Amazing stay and highly recommend!

  Delightful hotel conveniently situated near the centre of Boston but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. The suite was superb. Breakfast cooked fresh to order. Highly recommended restaurant attached.
