  Dr. Kats was very friendly and it was easy to see that she has passion for what she does. She explained things in full detail and also gave me an incredibly thorough assessment. I'm looking forward to our next meeting even though I have some cavities :)

  WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I went and was there for almost two hours! I was left there sitting in the waiting room for almost and hour and a half before they called me in. While I was sitting in the waiting room, a man arrived about half an hour after me and another an hour after me. I was called and brought to the examination room, where X-rays were taken. Then I was left there waiting for almost an hour!!! When I was only waiting 15 minutes, the man that had arrived AN HOUR after me was brought into the other examination room. What happened next pissed me off because the dentist attended him first!! I was left waiting there in the dentist chair, growing impatient. When she finally arrived, I confronted her and told her how could she attend someone who arrived an hour after me before me. She could have at least apologized but no, SHE DIDNT. She simply stayed quiet and proceeded to my "checkup". She didn't even clean my teeth right and she hurt me "cleaning" them. Then she told me to rinse and ran out of the room! My "checkup" lasted less than 5 minutes! I do NOT recommend anyone to go to this dentist unless you want to be treated poorly! I repeat, WORST SERVICE EVER!!

  I travel from Staten Island to Brooklyn because for check ups or fillings or cleanings I have never had better treatment. I'm a client for life there.
