  This place is a joke! The owners/managers of this establishment are extremely rude. I was yelled at and told "I don't care" and "that's your problem" by a staff member. I complained about machines not working properly, specifically, the hot water function. When I selected the hot cycle, cold water proceeded to come out from more than one machine. I'm don't think I'm being unreasonable when I'm upset over this situation. If I pay for a service, I expect to receive it. That's normally how businesses function. I was told that hot water is not always available, in which case customers need to be notified in writing so that they can make an informed decision about whether or not to waste their money and time. And normally, staff do not yell at customers. Or continue to laugh at them and joke with other staff. Additionally, the place is filthy so I highly recommend taking your business anywhere but here.
