  Had an awesome experience with training from Elemental Fitness with John. He has a crazy amount of knowledge of lifting, eating right, and working out without the traditional weightroom. I learned a metric ton of knowledge from him and had the best workouts I've ever had (and the soreness is a testament to that). The best part is he will train YOU for YOU, exactly what you need without pushing you beyond your limits but still encouraging you to work to your best potential.

  I cannot emphasize how wonderful John is, not only is he in an tremendous physique his knowledge on fitness, body, and nutrition are right on point. His passion towards fitness reflects well on his training abilities. If you're a looking to get into shape or any fitness related work, then John is your man. He will get you to where you want to be. He has helped me, and is continuing to do so.
