  My instructor, Regina is a knowledgeable multi-certified Pilates instructor who has helped me over the years to improve my core strength and flexibility. She also has a wonderfully positive personality and makes exercise enjoyable! I highly recommend Element Pilates and Regina.

  I suffer from chronic back pain and Fibromyalgia. Pilates has been a life changing activity for me. I look forward to class now and I was never a fan of exercising. I credit Regina for this. This place is client-centered. Teachers here want to see you succeed!

  Haley is the kindest, funniest and at the same time the most professional instructor both my wife and I have ever met! The studio will make you want to slip into your spandex, guaranteed :)

  Haley and her staff are so caring, and truly help me feel my best! The studio is large and open, and the classes are small so I know the instructors can watch me. Highly, highly recommend Element Pilates!

  Meryl has taught me the art of breathing . Her warm & caring personality makes you want to stick and continue with her as a Pilates instructor. She is now working with my young daughter to help her correct her posture. Months of physical therapy did not do what Meryl has done in 10 sessions. My daughter so looks forward to her private sessions as if this were a play date. Being the caring and thoughtful person that Meryl is, she has come up with games to keep my daughter interested. I'm delighted to see such improvement in my daughter's posture and I owe it to Meryl.
