  My husband and I used the Element for our wedding room block the weekend of 4/21/2018. Pros: Free shuttle, spacious rooms, free breakfast, cool lobby to hang out, location to our venue in Blackstone and there is a lot to do nearby for out of town guests. I forgot to book our bridal suite, but Cindy got me a room the same day! Cons: Two guests had some difficulties with changing their reservations when calling in, but everything got sorted out in the end. Do not forget anything in the rooms at checkout! There is not a system for tagging items with the room number/date found, etc. Our friend left a suit in the room and it was just hung up with two other random suits in the back. He left two messages to confirm the suit was there without anyone returning his phone calls. I also left something in the room and my call was never returned. When my husband and I physically went into the hotel to track down the items, the front desk person was not at all enthusiastic or happy to help.

  After a mix-up with shuttle pick-up, a very enjoyable stay with sensible free breakfast and sumptious room, bedding and great bathroom with heated mirrors. Loads of extras, like bikes and wine tasting, but schedule did not have available time. I'd stay again.

  We love to stay at this hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms always clean and specious. The two downfalls we have with the hotel is the breakfast isnt worth the coat of the hotel stay and the shuttle closes down so early.

  Location is great. Plenty of options for food, bars, and entertainment nearby. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a park right next door. The rooms are modern and fairly nice. A few things in the room are a little beat up but it was all pretty minor (the faucet didn't work so well, fridge was dented up, shades wouldn't open). Staff has been very friendly. I would recommend.

  Great room, although a little small considering the kitchen. Bed is quite comfortable. Walking distance to shops, theater, and things to do. Good staff. Knocked one star off because there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper and the roll we had was almost gone. Could have been a disaster. Breakfast ok.
