    WORTH Unreasonable....... the driver think that because they are getting claim with voucher are minority. On Monday driver #30 was so unprofessional telling me that he do not need to be waiting more that 5 min of long. He have arrived at 9:17 am and I was told that be ready for 9:30 am however when the driver called me to tell be to come down I was on the phone making another appointment with the transportation for the next day he told me that he can not wait 10 min more here and to me to call the base again to request another one for 9:30 am that he was loosing time waiting there. I do not think this is professional when they have a deal with the Insurance and they are providing the VOUCHER to the service. I will not use ANYMORE THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR MY GRANDPARENTS...

    WORST COMPANY EVER!!! HAD A SCHEDULE PICKUP, ON 9/27/17 @ 8:45.THE CAR DRIVER CALL AND TOLD ME HE WILL BE TO PICK ME UP AT 8:30AM.THEN CALL BACK AND STATED THAT THE BASE SWITCH DRIVER. I CALL THE BASE SPOKE TO A YOUNG LADY THAT DIDINT KNOW ANYTHING, SHE STATED THAT SHE WILL TRIED AND GET ME ANOTHER DRIVER. I ASK WHY DID THEY CHANGE MY DRIVER, HER ANSWER WAS SHE DIDNT KNOW WHY.SO I TOLD HER TO CANCEL MY PICKUP IMMEDIATELY..THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!

    This has to be one of the most horrible ambulate services i have even had the displeasure pf dealing with. I do not see how anyone over the age of 80 and even younger would have to wait for anyone to pick them up. The fact that they have you on hold for longer then 5-10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. i can understand 20 but anything longer is unacceptable. These are elderly people that they are catering to and they have no consideration whatsoever. And then when you do finally get a hold of a person, they lie about how far away the transportation vehicle is. I have even had them lie to me about the Pick up time. Then when you call because all ready you have waited a total of 3 times for half and hour intervals that still ended with no ambulate showing up they have the Audacity to get nasty and condescending. The service is horrible. They must be understaffed because the lack of communication is amazing. I don't even bother writing reviews. However, I am an Advocate for the Elderly and i think that this is disgusting what they put people through. Things need to change and I am willing to tell as many people as i have to until the service changes.

    Although, I am given this service 1 star, I must stress that the drivers there are extremely friendly and helpful. They assist whenever is needed and provide pleasant rides to destinations. They're "people" people and that's important to a service company. The workers at the office is the actual issue. I have a specific schedule. My appointments are weekly and at a set time with no room to be moved due to the high volume of the facility. I've made prior countless arrangements with this car service and each time this has been issue. Since starting with this company, I have not been picked up on time and have missed many of my appointments. When I call I get the usual "20 minutes away" song and dance from the call operators. I can never get a straight answer and when I try to request to speak to a supervisor my call is, all of sudden, dropped. These appointments are to better my health, but this company has stifled it. Again, the drivers are great, but the way this business is ran has tainted my perception of them. I do not recommend them. You have a better chance getting to your appointments on time by walking. You may be late, but at least you're not in the dark with someone on the phone telling you your van is still 20 minutes away while you been waiting 3 hours (yes, this has happen to me). Please Elegante, fix your system. You're dealing with people that need assistance to get better. And if not, then a bit of honesty would help rather than false etas of where the van is. One star only, because that's the lowest I can give.
