  This is my girlfriends review Not professional... {But they get you where you need to go.} Also they lost my luggage in another town. I went back there to get my luggage. They didn't offer to replace my luggage andThere was no offer to let me ride for free in order to go back there and get my luggage even though it was THEIR FAULT that my luggage fell off the luggage section of the 🚌 bus. !! It stinks on the bus. Even if you are sitting in the very front of the bus. Read reviews below

  This bus made a stop at McDonalds for 20 min. At just under 20 minutes I went outside and the bus had taken off. I was left in the middle of nowhere, with all of my luggage on the bus. I called the company and they said there was nothing they could do but reschedule my trip. When I said I would sue them, that there was no way the bus had gone far, they said since I threatened to sue they were going to hang up. They hung up, and that was it for me. I’m currently stuck at a McDonalds 1.5 hours from the departing station, and 12 hours from my destination. I have work tomorrow, relied on these people to be professional. The workers at this stop said that had been doing that a lot, leaving passengers behind.

  Do NOT bring luggage that was a gift or luggage that's expensive. They do not have respect for peoples luggage here. I traveled on this bus only once with my brand new luggage and already one wheel needs to be a replaced and there is even a small hole in my luggage also . You also must make sure of when the bus will pick you up. They wrote an incorrect time on my ticket for me to wait for the bus coming back....another time with different luggage then my luggage literally fell off the bus . No offer to replace it ...somehow the side door opened and my luggage fell out into the highway or something...ALSO ..they never came to pick me up once! ...BUT I give them this...at least they sent another bus to come pick me up.

  The last time I used this company, we were left at the border. We had not even made it through the line at the immigration check at the bridge and when we got out the bus was gone. Now mind you, I say we, me and about 12 other people, were left behind. We were not getting permits or anything, just waiting in the line and it took too long. So when we call the terminal there in El Paso they tell us that they are not liable for people who get left at the border. We had to catch a taxi which we all split cost us 7 dollars each and there was 6 of us. THAT WAS NOT RIGHT. YOU ARE LIABLE FOR HAVING TO GET US TO THE BUS STATION. Horrible experience.
