I took my 3 dogs yesterday (Negan,Roxie,Sassy) were in very bad condition after being exposed to carbon monoxide, as soon as we walked in the resepcionist was very nice and understanding , they immediately took them to the back to start treatment the doctors were very kind they explained clearly what was happening and in the state they were, every time we went to visit our babies or we talked on the phone we always had an excellent & fast response. I would like to take the time to thank all the staff for being so dedicated to their work, I recommend you to bring your babies the best animal hospital in El paso.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! They wanted to charge us over $3,000 and we were told to pay up front. We asked for some type of payment arrangement and were told otherwise! Unless you plan for an emergency, then this place is not for you. Like most pet owners we did not have $3000 up front and they gladly loaded up our Bailey back into my wifeโ€™s truck. Thatโ€™s all the help we got from this place. Money talks!

These wonderful people saved my baby boy's life! The staff was amazing and kept me updated while my Dane was in surgery, and it means the world to me that they have kept in contact with me - calling and asking how Pierce is doing (they call him by name, making me feel that he matters to them). I wouldn't trust my babies to anyone else.

We took our chihuahua that had been attacked by a boxer. I literally thought he was not going to make it, he was bleeding a lot from his neck. As soon as I walked in the doors they took him in immediately. I was so pleased with the way we were treated. Dr. came in and gave a complete explanation of what needed to be done. Was it pricey I would say so, but I can see they do look after our pets. I received a call after 10:00 pm to give a status update. Thank God Frito did well and was able to come home the following morning. I thank you all for being caring to my Fiesty Little Frito. God bless you all.

Our sweet boy became very ill suddenly Friday evening. We rushed him to El Paso Animal Emergency where he was seen by a tech nearly immediately. After taking his basic vitals Caesar was rushed back for care. After an hour and many diagnostic tests the vet told us what we were probably facing. More testing later, and the diagnosis was sure. The vets presented our options, and didn't pressure us to decide one way or another. They gave us a lot of support and time to make our decision. All the staff was very compassionate. Never once did I doubt their abilities. Yes, it's pricey, but we've been to animal emergency hospitals in other states where it's just as pricey (or more!). You pay for the ability to be seen after-hours and have all the necessary expertise and diagnostic equipment on site and immediately available. As for those who complain about them wanting to be paid, please tell me the name of a vet who doesn't want to be paid? Vets have to make a living, too. None of us would be able to afford a human doctor that is capable of doing all the things vets do. I'm so grateful the staff at El Paso Animal Emergency was there when we needed them. Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do, I won't hesitate to take my dogs there.
