Estas personas no saben cómo atender al cliente son bien groseras especialmente una señora que a veces contesta el teléfono Si quieren tener negocio próspero y que no pierdan clientes aprendan a tenderlos bien! This place doesn’t know anything about customer service or how to treat a customer they are rude specially the one older woman that she answers the phone If you want to have a great business treat customers with respect and not with an attitude! we the customers are the ones that you have a business to begin with!

I love this place. The bakery, the food, the service, location. They have tamales all the time, Salvadoran tamales are everything.

If you're coming here because you're a fan of the animal be aware that guanaco is also a slang Salvadoran term (still not sure if it's favorable or derogatory) for another person. The bakery here is awesome but some bilingual experience and familiarity with Salvadoran food is helpful. I resorted to ordering something I was familiar with - tamales - and was not disappointed. Don't expect fancy facilities or service. The dining room appears to be an afterthought and the employees are likely family members pressed into service. Still, not a negative experience and one worth trying if you're in the area, even if just for the baked goods.

Ok the service here is horrible a case of nepotism you simply cannot have arrogant family members serving tables. Hire someone who cares if they get a tip or not. If you go request service from the older gentleman he is the owner not the young guy at the cash register the son. I gave two stars instead of one because the food is good. I recommend the hen soup its very good and comes with rice and salad but they only have this dish on the weekends. The salad is the bag variety sold at the grocery store.
