::THIS PLACE DESERVES NO STARS!!! $200 deposit fee for a room!! RUDE AND SNOTTY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went up for 4/20 and stayed over night, just me amd two friend. We didn't even crawl under the covers of the bed, we used our own light blanket each. We came in around 930pm from spending the day in the city and pass out around 11pm, dead to the world even with the super loud street we were on. We checked out at 11am like we're suppose to and head out. The room wasn't smoked in, wasn't damaged and we didn't even use anything from the room besides the tv and beds. I paid $140 for my room plus the deposit. It came out of my account and everything. Staff told me, we'll void the deposit when the room is good it'll take 5-7 business days. Okay that's fine, I'll wait. I'm still waiting btw its the 8th day, and after calling the hotel than my bank back to the hotel. Hotel says the voided it, its all on my bank. My bank is so confused because no, they hasn't. We tried a three-way call, my banker was trying to askt he dude the questions she has and he HUNG UP ON HER!! THIS PLACE WILL PLAY A CAT AND MICE GAME WITH YOU AND YOUR MONEY!! The guy was seriously LAUGHING at me saying they voided it and they don't want my money, and than when i asked to speak with the manager, he tells me to call back in an hour or two that's when the manager will be back "maybe". Maybe?!?? Wow okay. I ask for the dude's name so i know who I'm talking too. STRAIGHT UP REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME! Rude. That's fine, but i want my money back and now my bank is trying to get a hold of them, I'm trying to get a hold of them again and now they're not answering, forwarding my calls. THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Also like to report that their windows are SUPER UNSAFE, so if you stay in this rotten hellhole don't bring kids.

::Low standard hotel in a noisy street: this was the cheapeast option we found, and as we just wanted to have a room to party on a Saturday night, this proved not too bad: we came back after clubs close (some noisy clubs just below the hotel) so not too noisy, staff was more welcoming than we saw on other reviews, and found no bed bugs. And the hotel is really central in Mission district. But if you want to stay multiple nights, rest and have a pleasant stay, don't go to this hotel!! It is really not worth its money.

::The staff was rude and pretty much worthless. They couldnt find my reservation at first so I had no access to my room the first night of my stay with no refund. Not to mention the room was shabby at best with a community bathroom. It was a slightly glorified sro.. "glorified" with an lcd tv. I would recommend you avoid the place if you can. It was the only hotel available at the time, thats how I happened upon it.

::I used to live here. I love this place. I miss the bed bugs and sharing a bathroom with strangers... Back in the day we paid 30 dollars to stay here... Good memories... though times but good memories...

::This place is a room and a bed. There's a fridge in the room to. Great location for visiting Mission District. You can chose a cheaper room with shared bathrooms. You get what you pay for. Staff are cool. Parking out the back $20 for 24 hours and I always manage to get a space. A no frills place to sleep.
