::Racist cashiers being disrespectful and rude to minorities. They'll willingly offer salutations to their Anglo patrons, but act as if they'd rather not for minorities. If your location wants to act as if they don't want to serve ALL Americans, then I suggest you post a sign notifying your hard paying customers in advance.

::Rude, racist and more. If you call your order in and are a white person you are allowed to pay for your food once it's ready. If your are a minority they make you go to the end of the line. Waiting behind people who have not even placed their order. Then when you get to the front to deal with the rude cashier, who is obviously racist by the show of saying thank you and you're welcome to her white customer but not minorities, you have to hope she doesn't slam your debit card to you and tell you she isn't helping you. I am an Einstein addict but by far this was the worse experience ever. The rude a** cashier and the other instagators are lucky I am not my old because I would jump behind the counter quick. Not once did a manager try to come resolve, rectifiy or calm or understand the situation of a customer who has spent over 3k in the last year at Einstein (thanks quicken for that data). Spend your money elsewhere.

::Great bagels and schmears. However, be aware that after 10, they have no dark roast coffee. I wasn't told this when I ordered, and when I told them I wouldn't have gotten coffee if I had known, they didn't offer to refund my money. To add insult to injury, I had to wait for the medium roast to be made. They refused to make dark roast.
